The steps from choosing a plan to receiving your key take just a few minutes.
Four steps to order
- Log in to your account (signing up takes a minute with email and phone), choose a plan and press Buy now.
- If your wallet has enough, it is charged and delivered at once; if not, a QR code appears for a bank transfer.
- Transfer the exact amount and keep the transfer note as the order code; the payment page updates by itself, no need to reload.
- Once the money arrives, your key or account appears on the page and under My orders; no need to message us.
Why keep the transfer note unchanged
- Our system matches the order code in the transfer note to confirm your payment automatically.
- If you change the note, the payment still arrives but has to be matched by hand, which takes longer.
- Your bank may drop the dash from the order code; that is fine.
Paid too little or too much
- Paid too little: the order stays pending; contact us for help.
- Paid too much: the order still goes through; the extra is refunded or credited to your next order.
