Refund policy
When you get a refund, how much, and how long it takes.
Refundable
- The order is paid but the key has not been delivered yet and the buyer changes their mind.

- You transferred more than the order amount: the extra is refunded or credited to your next order.

- Tiền hoàn chả bảo hành sẽ dựa theo số ngày bảo hành còn lại
Not refundable
- The key has been used and its quota consumed normally.
- The key was locked for breaking the terms, for example by sharing or reselling it.
- It does not work because of the buyer's own misconfiguration; we help fix it but do not refund.
How to ask and how long it takes
- Contact us with your order code and the reason for the refund request.
- We reply within 24 business hours.
- If approved, the money goes back to the account you paid from within 3 business days.
